Each oral presentation is scheduled to last 20 minutes, with 15 minutes allocated to the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. We ask presenters to strictly adhere to the allocated time so as not to disrupt the programme or affect other presenters.

Exceptions: Sessions WeB3 and WeC3 (Work-in-Progress papers), and Session ThC3 (SS-09). In these cases, the total time allocated for each paper is 10 minutes: 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.

Before their session, presenters must arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins, introduce themselves to the Session Chairs and upload their presentation to the computer provided for this purpose. Presenters may use their own laptop, provided it has an HDMI port.

Presentations must be in 16:9 widescreen format (to be confirmed). The text and presentation must be in English.

Tips: Avoid long blocks of text on each slide. Use bullet points to highlight the most relevant aspects of your work.
