All papers must be submitted using the EasyChair online platform. 

Please access this link to log in, enter as an author, select the CONTROLO 2026 Main Track, or one of the Special Sessions, and submit your paper.

Manuscripts must be written in English with a paper length of 6 pages (max.), including figures and tables. Authors must adhere to the IEEE conference proceedings written format. 

Authors are requested to prepare the manuscripts in the IEEE two-column format template and to translate it into PDF. 

The IEEE two-column format template can be downloaded from “IEEE’s Manuscript Template for Conferences Website”.

The proceedings will be published on IEEE Xplore.

Exceptionally, speakers are allowed to present remotely if unable to travel to the venue (hybrid support).
