CONTROLO 2026 takes place at the Quinta das Lágrimas, a luxurious hotel linked to a tragic love story between Crown Prince Dom Pedro and Inês de Castro in Coimbra. CONTROLO 2026 is organised by the University of Coimbra (UC), one of the oldest in Europe (1290) and inscribed by UNESCO on the World Heritage List, Coimbra is considered the “city of students” with a rich cultural and historical patrimony.
